Il r\u00e9pondait \u00e0 un contrat pass\u00e9 par l&#8217;ONERA \u00e0 la SNCASO. Il sera construit \u00e0 l&#8217;atelier des prototypes de Courbevoie, sous la direction de l&#8217;ing\u00e9nieur ALIETTE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Deltaviex a fait son premier vol en&nbsp;<strong>1954&nbsp;<\/strong>avec&nbsp;<strong>Robert Fouquet<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 ses commandes. En fait de vol, l&#8217;avion n&#8217;accomplira que des sauts de puces, ne quittant jamais l&#8217;axe de la piste. Ces essais, au C.R.V\/ONERA \u00e0 Br\u00e9tigny, firent appara\u00eetre une tr\u00e8s dangereuse instabilit\u00e9 du contr\u00f4le en roulis rendant l\u2019avion impilotable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour corriger ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der au contr\u00f4le de la circulation de l&#8217;air par soufflage au bord de fuite. Deux rampes de soufflage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9ee, aliment\u00e9es par pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement sur le Marbor\u00e9, le dispositif \u00e9tait command\u00e9 par un simple gyrom\u00e8tre. Les vols avec ce contr\u00f4le automatique furent un plein succ\u00e8s lors de nombreux \u00ab sauts de puce \u00bb avec enregistrement d\u2019un remarquable amortissement de roulis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ses exp\u00e9rimentations sont rest\u00e9es secr\u00e8tes jusqu&#8217;au&nbsp;<strong>8 novembre 1956<\/strong>, date \u00e0 laquelle il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 la presse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Sur le Deltaviex, les ailerons avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 conserv\u00e9s. Ils \u00e9taient situ\u00e9s en extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des ailes, le souflage s&#8217;effectuant sur le bord de fuite des volets d&#8217;atterrissage. L&#8217;envergure tr\u00e8s faible (3,40 m) \u00e9tait en partie destin\u00e9e \u00e0 produire une inertie et un amortissement tr\u00e8s faible en roulis et \u00eatre ainsi plus favorable aux conditions d&#8217;exp\u00e9rimentation. Le jet \u00e9tait form\u00e9 d&#8217;air pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 sur le r\u00e9acteur dans une proportion infime (environ 2%). Il alimentait un syst\u00e8me (d\u00e9brayable) de rampe munies de nombreux trous de sorties.
