Il vole \u00e0 plus de 200 km\/h pour une consommation d&#8217;environ 10 l\/h.\u00a0Il a subi diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9volutions quant \u00e0 sa motorisation, et en particulier, celle qui nous int\u00e9resse, avec des turbines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Cricri a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u par\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Michel_Colomban\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Michel_Colomban\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Michel Colomban<\/a>. Le prototype a vol\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois, aux mains de\u00a0Robert BUISSON, sur l&#8217;a\u00e9rodrome de Guyancourt, le 19 juillet 1973. Devant la faible pouss\u00e9e des T240, et la complexit\u00e9 d&#8217;une telle installation, un travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 entreprit avec JPX pour la production d&#8217;un nouveau moteur de 15 Kg de pouss\u00e9e. Le moteur tardant \u00e0 venir, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 finalement d\u00e9cider de chercher une autre solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s de multiple recherche, le choix de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe se porte finalement sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/minijets.org\/en\/0-100\/jet-cobra\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"73\">JET Cobra<\/a> de 14 kg de pouss\u00e9e de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 James. Comme pr\u00e9vu initialement, les deux r\u00e9acteurs \u00e9taient mont\u00e9s en lieu et place des 2 JPX PUL 212.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils ne fonctionnaient pas au Jet-A1, mais au GPL. Cette solution permettait un gain substantiel de poids, compte tenu de la masse sp\u00e9cifique du GPL compar\u00e9 \u00e0 celle du K\u00e9ros\u00e8ne. Ainsi son avant est modifi\u00e9 pour accueillir les r\u00e9servoirs d&#8217;huile, plus importants, et les bras de liaison. Enfin le r\u00e9servoir GPL, structural, est install\u00e9 sous le si\u00e8ge du pilote. On le remplit en le branchant sur une traditionnelle bonbonne de gaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9marrage s&#8217;effectuait \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un compresseur d&#8217;air comprim\u00e9.
