Issu d\u2019une famille d\u00e9j\u00e0 profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9e dans l\u2019aviation, il est le fils d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Arturo_Ferrarin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arturo Ferrarin<\/a>, un pionnier respect\u00e9 qui s\u2019illustra par des exploits audacieux, notamment son c\u00e9l\u00e8bre vol de 1920 reliant Rome \u00e0 Tokyo, et un vol transatlantique de Rome \u00e0 S\u00e3o Paulo en 1928 en compagnie de <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Carlo_Del_Prete\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Carlo Del Prete<\/a> \u00e0 bord d&#8217;un <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Savoia-Marchetti_S.64\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Savoia-Marchetti S.64<\/a>. Ce vol couvrit 7188 km, \u00e9tablissant ainsi un record mondial de distance parcourue sans escale. Inspir\u00e9 par l&#8217;h\u00e9ritage et la passion de son p\u00e8re, Carlo consacra sa carri\u00e8re \u00e0 la conception d\u2019avions et de planeurs. Ses cr\u00e9ations, notamment les planeurs de haute performance de la s\u00e9rie Calif, se distinguent par leur \u00e9l\u00e9gance, leur innovation et leurs performances remarquables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les D\u00e9buts au Politecnico di Milano et Aviamilano<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les ann\u00e9es 1960, Carlo Ferrarin poursuit ses \u00e9tudes au Politecnico di Milano, o\u00f9 il se sp\u00e9cialise en ing\u00e9nierie a\u00e9ronautique. Durant cette p\u00e9riode, il collabore \u00e9troitement avec son cousin Francis Ferrarin et l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur Livio Sonzio pour concevoir des planeurs de comp\u00e9tition. Ensemble, au sein de l\u2019entreprise Aviamilano, ils d\u00e9veloppent l\u2019Aviamilano A-2 (1964) et l\u2019A-3 (1967, avec Amleto Zanetti comme pilote d\u2019essai), des planeurs de la Classe Standard r\u00e9put\u00e9s pour leurs performances exceptionnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de l&#8217;ing\u00e9nieur Vietri, survenu dans un accident de voiture le 13 septembre 1968, conduisit \u00e0 la vente d&#8217;AviaMilano \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Caproni Vizzola Costruzioni Aeronautiche S.p.A de Vizzola Ticino. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9puisement des commandes en cours, les activit\u00e9s de construction furent arr\u00eat\u00e9es. Toutefois, avec le transfert du personnel et de l\u2019\u00e9quipement, la production reprit dans les usines de Caproni \u00e0 Vizzola Ticino, d\u00e9sormais sous la direction de Carlo Ferrarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019A21 Calif : Une Innovation pour les \u00c9coles de Vol \u00e0 voile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019un des projets les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres de Carlo Ferrarin est le <strong>Caproni-Vizzola A-21 Calif<\/strong>, un planeur de haute performance con\u00e7u pour la comp\u00e9tition et la formation avanc\u00e9e des pilotes. Avec son aile \u00e0 fort allongement et son empennage en T, l\u2019A-21 Calif est adopt\u00e9 par de nombreuses \u00e9coles de vol \u00e0 voile, civiles et militaires. Le planeur est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pour ses qualit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques et sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9, permettant aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de progresser efficacement aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de leurs instructeurs. Certifi\u00e9 par la RAI, la FAA, la LBA et la DGAC, il se distingue aussi en comp\u00e9tition, en t\u00e9moigne plusieurs records nationaux et internationaux, ce qui contribue \u00e0 la renomm\u00e9e de Ferrarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le Motoplaneur A-21SJ : Voler en Toute Libert\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1976, Ferrarin d\u00e9veloppe une version motoris\u00e9e du Calif, l\u2019<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/minijets.org\/100-150\/microturbo-trs-18\/caproni-a21sj-calif\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2283\">A-21SJ<\/a><\/strong>, consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l\u2019un des premiers et plus purs \u00ab jet gliders \u00bb. Contrairement \u00e0 d\u2019autres motoplaneurs, l\u2019A-21SJ int\u00e8gre son moteur \u00e0 la structure de mani\u00e8re si harmonieuse qu&#8217;il ne compromet pas l&#8217;a\u00e9rodynamisme en vol sans moteur. Ce motoplaneur r\u00e9volutionnaire, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019autonomie en d\u00e9collage, est con\u00e7u pour une utilisation polyvalente et pr\u00e9sente des caract\u00e9ristiques exceptionnelles : faible consommation, autonomie, confort, et un plafond de vol sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 33 000 pieds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le C-22J : Du Moto-planeur \u00e0 l\u2019Avion d\u2019Entra\u00eenement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le succ\u00e8s de l\u2019A-21SJ, Carlo Ferrarin poursuit son exploration des possibilit\u00e9s offertes par la propulsion \u00e0 r\u00e9action. En 1975, il entame le d\u00e9veloppement du <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/minijets.org\/100-150\/microturbo-trs-18\/caproni-c22j\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2311\">C-22J<\/a><\/strong>, un bir\u00e9acteur \u00e0 deux places con\u00e7u pour l\u2019entra\u00eenement des pilotes. Cet appareil marque une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans sa carri\u00e8re, en passant de l\u2019autonomie en d\u00e9collage \u00e0 un v\u00e9ritable avion d\u2019entra\u00eenement polyvalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un H\u00e9ritage A\u00e9ronautique Durable<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1989, Ferrarin r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un nouveau d\u00e9fi lanc\u00e9 par la <strong>F\u00e9d\u00e9ration A\u00e9ronautique Internationale (FAI)<\/strong> : la conception d\u2019un planeur pour la <strong>&#8220;World Class&#8221;<\/strong>, une cat\u00e9gorie destin\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00e9mocratiser le vol \u00e0 voile. Avec le soutien de l\u2019Aero Club d\u2019Italia, il participe \u00e0 la conception du <strong>Velino<\/strong>, son dernier planeur. Produit par Glasfaser Italiana \u00e0 Valbrembo, cet appareil r\u00e9pond \u00e0 des normes exigeantes : faible co\u00fbt, d\u00e9montabilit\u00e9 rapide par deux personnes, robustesse et long\u00e9vit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une Vie D\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Aviation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Carlo Ferrarin incarne l\u2019h\u00e9ritage de sa famille et la passion pour l\u2019aviation. Ses contributions ont marqu\u00e9 l\u2019histoire du vol \u00e0 voile et de l\u2019aviation l\u00e9g\u00e8re italienne. Aujourd\u2019hui, il honore la m\u00e9moire de son p\u00e8re Arturo Ferrarin et continue d\u2019inspirer les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures. Son travail, guid\u00e9 par une qu\u00eate permanente d\u2019excellence et d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance a\u00e9ronautique, reste un mod\u00e8le pour tous les concepteurs
