{"id":8904,"date":"2024-06-02T08:56:00","date_gmt":"2024-06-02T06:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/minijets.org\/?p=8904"},"modified":"2024-11-01T09:42:15","modified_gmt":"2024-11-01T08:42:15","slug":"yves-gardan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/minijets.org\/fr\/2024\/06\/02\/yves-gardan\/","title":{"rendered":"Yves Gardan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un concepteur d\u2019avions pr\u00e9coce et reconnu dans l\u2019aviation l\u00e9g\u00e8re fran\u00e7aise<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e9 en 1925 \u00e0 Nolay (C\u00f4te d&#8217;Or), Yves Gardan a grandi dans un environnement propice \u00e0 l&#8217;ing\u00e9niosit\u00e9, ses parents dirigeant une entreprise de charpente-menuiserie. Tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t, il se passionne pour l&#8217;a\u00e9ronautique, devenant l&#8217;un des ing\u00e9nieurs a\u00e9ronautiques les plus influents de sa g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, avec des conceptions marquantes pour l&#8217;aviation l\u00e9g\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Premiers pas dans l&#8217;a\u00e9ronautique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s 1944, Yves Gardan int\u00e8gre le <strong>minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Air<\/strong> en tant que jeune ing\u00e9nieur. Il se consacre \u00e0 la v\u00e9rification des dossiers techniques et \u00e0 la supervision des essais statiques de plusieurs avions l\u00e9gers, accumulant ainsi une pr\u00e9cieuse exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les premi\u00e8res conceptions chez SIPA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1947, la <strong>SIPA<\/strong> (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Industrielle Pour l&#8217;A\u00e9ronautique) sollicite Yves Gardan pour rejoindre son bureau d&#8217;\u00e9tudes. C&#8217;est l\u00e0 qu&#8217;il con\u00e7oit son premier avion, le <strong>SIPA 90<\/strong>, un appareil qui remportera le concours de l&#8217;avion de tourisme organis\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re de l&#8217;Air. Le <strong>SIPA 901<\/strong>, version all\u00e9g\u00e9e du SIPA 90, sera produit \u00e0 130 exemplaires, t\u00e9moignant de l&#8217;ing\u00e9niosit\u00e9 de Gardan d\u00e8s ses d\u00e9buts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les Constructions A\u00e9ronautiques du B\u00e9arn (CAB)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En septembre 1948, Yves Gardan s&#8217;associe avec MM. Laporte et Dupouts pour fonder les <strong>Constructions A\u00e9ronautiques du B\u00e9arn (CAB)<\/strong> \u00e0 Pau. C&#8217;est dans ce cadre qu&#8217;il con\u00e7oit le <strong>Minicab (GY20)<\/strong> et le <strong>Supercab (GY30)<\/strong>, deux mod\u00e8les devenus des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences dans l\u2019aviation l\u00e9g\u00e8re et sportive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retour \u00e0 la SIPA et projets innovants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De retour chez SIPA en 1951, Yves Gardan poursuit son travail en concevant des appareils r\u00e9volutionnaires comme le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/minijets.org\/150-300\/turbomeca-palas\/sipa-200-minijet\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3165\">SIPA 200 Minijet<\/a><\/strong>, produit \u00e0 7 exemplaires entre 1952 et 1953, le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/minijets.org\/150-300\/turbomeca-palas\/sipa-300\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3265\">SIPA 300<\/a><\/strong> en 1954, le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/SIPA_S.1000_Coccinelle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SIPA 1000 Coccinelle<\/a><\/strong> en 1955, et enfin le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/SIPA_S.1100\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SIPA 1100<\/a><\/strong>, un bimoteur d&#8217;attaque destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;outre-mer, dont deux prototypes seront construits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le projet de l&#8217;Horizon et la collaboration avec SOCATA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre 1958 et 1962, Yves Gardan con\u00e7oit \u00e0 titre priv\u00e9 le prototype de l&#8217;<strong>Horizon (GY80)<\/strong>. Ce projet est un succ\u00e8s, et la <strong>SOCATA (Sud Aviation)<\/strong> en acquiert la licence, produisant 250 exemplaires. Toutefois, face \u00e0 la diversification des versions du <strong>Rallye<\/strong> et au manque d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat de SOCATA pour l&#8217;\u00e9volution du GY80, Yves Gardan choisit de reprendre son ind\u00e9pendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le GY100 Bagheera et la fin d&#8217;une carri\u00e8re de constructeur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1971, Yves Gardan d\u00e9veloppe le <strong>GY100 Bagheera<\/strong>, une premi\u00e8re \u00e9volution de l&#8217;Horizon, avec un train fixe pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts. Malheureusement, l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e de la crise p\u00e9troli\u00e8re freine le projet, et Gardan d\u00e9cide d&#8217;interrompre d\u00e9finitivement la production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Derniers projets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yves Gardan nous quitte en juillet 2009, laissant derri\u00e8re lui une empreinte ind\u00e9l\u00e9bile dans l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique fran\u00e7aise.
